Description
Grafic HU by SaatiChem® is a versatile dual-cure direct emulsion engineered for high-precision graphics printing applications. Designed to work with UV-cured, plastisol, solvent-based, and water-based inks, this premium emulsion delivers exceptional print definition, stencil resolution, and durability across various substrates.
With controlled particle size, Grafic HU provides sharp, detailed prints on any mesh. Unlike conventional dual-cure emulsions, it dries to a tack-free finish, ensuring stencils are smooth and ready for precise printing without unwanted adhesion. Its high solids content (39%) allows for low Rz stencils, producing superior definition even on the finest meshes.
Grafic HU is particularly well-suited for ceramic decals and direct printing on ceramic tiles for third firing, offering high durability for demanding applications.
