All Purpose White Plastisol Ink is a professional-grade, high-opacity screen printing ink formulated for reliable performance on cotton, polyester, and poly-blend garments. Designed for use on both manual and automatic presses, this versatile white plastisol ink delivers smooth printability, excellent coverage, and durable results for everyday production printing.

Fabric Compatibility

This ink is suitable for printing on:

• 100% cotton garments

• 50/50 cotton-poly blends

• 100% polyester (light-colored garments)

• Light to medium poly-blend fabrics

For dark poly blends and darker polyester garments, an underbase is recommended. Always perform test prints before going into full production to confirm opacity and bleed resistance.

Recommended Printing & Curing

• Recommended mesh: 156–230

• Flash temperature: 220°F–250°F

• Final cure temperature: 300°F–320°F

• Squeegee: 70 durometer for general use

• Stir thoroughly before use

For maximum opacity on dark garments, a flash-print-flash or underbase technique may be used.

Cleanup & Reclaiming Recommendations

For effective ink cleanup and screen reclaiming after printing, the following products are recommended:

• Optima® Reclaim Ink Remover – T125

• Franmar® Ink Remover

Always follow the manufacturer’s usage and safety instructions when using reclaim and cleanup chemicals.
