This ink is specifically designed for single and multiple color jobs on substrates that are challenging to print on due to their sensitivity to heat and adhesion issues. The ELC Series allows you to print with ease on materials like polypropylene, which would otherwise melt or warp under regular plastisol ink curing conditions. The extremely low flash and curing temperatures make this ink the best solution for such substrates.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This ink has a shelf life of 3-4 months and is made on demand to ensure freshness and optimal performance.

Curing Instructions:

For best results, follow these curing instructions:

  • Flash: Flash at 180°F (83°C) for 2 seconds.
  • Cure: Final cure at 260°F (126°C) – 280°F (137°C) within 5-10 seconds.

Effortless Clean-Up:

Use OPTIWASH 125 – Ink Remover for quick and effective clean-up after printing.

Storage Guidelines:

Store the ink at 65-90°F (18-32°C) to maintain its quality and performance. Avoid direct sunlight and use the ink within 3-4 months of its manufacturing date.
