Screen Printing Guidelines

1. Use a 110 mesh screen for proper ink deposit.
2. Print & Flash: If printing multiple layers, flash at 250°F (121°C) for 3-5 seconds.
3. Cure at 320°F - 330°F (160°C - 165°C) – Puff effect will occur in the dryer.
   • If puffing occurs too early (during flash), lower flash temp or raise flash unit height.
4. Allow prints to fully cool before handling for best results.

Clean-Up Instructions

✔ Use OPTIWASH 125 - Ink Remover for easy cleanup.

Storage Recommendations

✔ Store between 65-90°F (18-32°C) for optimal ink performance.
✔ Keep sealed to prevent contamination and drying.
✔ Use within one year of manufacturing for best results.
